The contents, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics in this Website are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and elsewhere. The copyright of the contents of this Website is solely owned by us unless otherwise indicated.

15. GOVERNING LAW

You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding the conflict of laws provisions thereof that would indicate the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the law courts in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Agreement, the Chinese version will prevail.
