- All kits price already includes 3% off compared to buying the products individually
- If order amount is above HKD 1250, 3% off whole order amount
- If order amount is above HKD 2500, 6% off whole order amount
For example, If you buy kits and order amount is above HKD 2500, it’s equivalent to 9% off.

We currently support Paypal, Credit card (Visa/Master), Union Pay, Alipay, Wechat Pay.

If you want to pay with credit card, at the moment of checkout and payment, please choose payment method Paypal, then click on the option "I don't have a paypal account", you will be directed to pay using credit card without logging in or owning a paypal account.

All orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days and it takes 1-2 days to arrive, provided that there are no backorders or delays. For orders to Macau, it usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on customs processing time.

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders to you: Shunfeng Express. For orders to Macau, we use HK post for delivery.

We will update your order with the tracking information immediately when it is dispatched. If for some reason you do not receive the order, please contact us within 7 business days so we can find out the status of the delivery. After that time period, we are no longer responsible for your order and we will not process a refund.

We offer free shipping for recipient address in HK currently.

If you are in mainland China, please visit vimergy.tmall.hk to purchase products.

For clients in Macau: we sincerely apologize for not being able to deliver goods to Macau anymore. If you would like to order products, the delivery address shall then be in Hong Kong (this can be residential or office address, a Shunfeng locker or even hotel address). We suggest that you pay using alipay, wechat pay or Union Pay. If you want to pay with credit card, only a credit or debit card issued outside of Macau (eg Hong kong or mainland China) can be accepted. At the moment of payment, please choose Paypal, and next step choose "I dont have paypal account", you will be directed to pay with credit or debit card directly without logging in or owning a paypal account. If you have any payment issue, please contact us via email （support@anandapeace.com） for bank transfer details to place orders.

Currently we don't deliver to Taiwan, but you can try to find shipping forwarders based in HK to transfer your purchased products to Taiwan.

If your shipping forwarder is based in mainland China, you will need to ask a Chinese friend of yours with Chinese ID to purchase for you and ship to forwarder's address( vimergy.tmall.hk ) , as tmall international is only open to those with chinese ID. To use a shipping forwarder in HK will be much easier as there's no limitation on who can buy on this website.

You must contact us and arrange for a return within 30 days after you receive your order.

All products must be in their original and unopened packaging for acceptance for a return, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If the packaging is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 business days of your receipt of the products.

If the product delivered to you is eligible for a return, please send us an email at support@anandapeace.com for instructions on how to send it back to us. Returns can take 7 - 10 business days to process after they have reached us.

Please note: Unless there is a manufacturer defect and we are contacted in 7 business days of your receipt of the products, return Delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery and handling is not refundable. 

If you have ordered the incorrect item, we are happy to accept it for an exchange, as long as it is within 30 days from the purchase, and is unopened and in original conditions. You will not be subject to a restocking fees in this case, but you will be responsible for return delivery, and the new delivery charges for the correct item.
