Payment, Delivery, Exchange & Return Policies
1. PAYMENT POLICY
We accept the following payment methods by credit card: Visa; MasterCard, and American Express and PayPal. Our secure server encrypts all credit card information you enter. Occasionally, a request for credit card authorization fails before the payment is finally authorized. If we experience difficulties in obtaining authorizations for your credit card, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.
1.1 Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be contacted or your payment by credit card will be refunded. All credit card charges by us will appear in your statement as Ananda Wellness Company Limited.
1.2 Agree to Policy
By placing an order through this Website, you agree to accept and to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and our Payment, Delivery, Returns, and Exchange Policies.
2. DELIVERY POLICY
2.1 Delivery Time
All orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday, provided that there are no backorders or delays.
2.2 Delivery Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver your orders to you: Shunfeng Express or Hong Kong Post
2.3 Order Tracking
We will update your order with the tracking information immediately when it is dispatched. If for some reason you do not receive the order, please contact us within 7 business days so we can find out the status of the delivery. After that time period, we are no longer responsible for your order and we will not process a refund.
2.4 Delivery Rates
We charge a flat rate for all orders with recipient address in HK & Macau. The total amount of the final delivery costs will be shown to you for you to verify before you checkout.
2.5 Free Delivery Offer
We offer free Delivery for order amount above certain amount (please see more details upon check out). This is based on the total amount of order, minus any discounts.
2.6 Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will hold your order and will not deliver until all the items by you specified in any single order are in stock. You accept that we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for the delay or disappointment suffered by you.
3. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
3.1 How To Return An Item?
You must contact us and arrange for a return within 30 days after you receive your order.
All products must be in their original and unopened packaging for acceptance for a return, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If the packaging is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 business days of your receipt of the products.
If the product delivered to you is eligible for a return, please send us an email at email@example.com for instructions on how to send it back to us. Returns can take 7 - 10 business days to process after they have reached us.
Please note: Unless there is a manufacturer defect and we are contacted in 7 business days of your receipt of the products, return Delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery and handling is not refundable.
If you have ordered the incorrect item, we are happy to accept it for an exchange, as long as it is within 30 days from the purchase, and is unopened and in original conditions. You will not be subject to a restocking fees in this case, but you will be responsible for return delivery, and the new delivery charges for the correct item.
